How does billing work?
Billing is monthly via Razorpay. You'll be charged ₹4,999 at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current period.
What happens when I reach the record limit?
You'll see a warning banner when you're at 80% of your organisation or contact limit. At 100%, new record creation is paused. Contact us to increase your limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-service trial at the moment. Get in touch and we'll set up a demo for your team.
How many users can I add?
There is no per-seat charge. Add as many team members as you need — everyone is included in the flat monthly price.
